Personalisation and Ordering
1) What is included in the price*?
The price includes the mandarin book "I am a zookeeper" (also "奇妙动物记“) which has the photo of the recipient included on the cover and in the book. There are 18 face inserts. We allow 1 or 3 face photo to be customized in the book.
The price also includes a gift box and a message card for the recipient. An additional $4.90 is charged per package for delivery within Singapore.
2) What are the requirements of the photo?
High resolution, with clear and sharp image should be provided to return the best results. You may share photos in JPG, PNG format.
3) How do I submit the photos, and indicate the photo sequence in the book?
An invoice will be sent to your email within 48 hours of submitting the order form, along with specific instructions of next steps.
4) What is the lead time to receive the book gift box after submitting the order form?
An invoice will be sent to your email within 48 hours of submitting the order form. Once payment is made and the photo(s) are finalized, the customisation process will begin. Kindly note customisation and delivery may take 3－4 weeks, and longer during peak seasons. Hence if this is a gift, please order early!
5) What if the gift is not to my liking?
We deeply regret if the gift is not to your liking. As the book is customized, we do not accept refund/returns of the item once payment is made. We provide some commonly seen (but accepted) scenarios of the photo crop, please do refer to them and only proceed with the book order payment if you are agreeable.
6) Is the invoice sent along with the order?
No, invoice is not sent with the gift box. This means you can have the gift delivered directly to the recipient, making it a true surprise.
7) Are there other titles or english options to choose from?
Currently we only have one mandarin title selection. We are working to bring in more titles, please continue to monitor this space.
8) What are the shipping options?
Our gift box is shipped with tracked delivery via reputable courier services such as Qexpress, Ninjavan. Currently we only ship within Singapore. For shipping to other countries, please email to onehappybook@gmail.com
